Initially we shall visit the site and embark upon a tour to audit current practices. It is important that we engage with your staff on site to discover any concerns that they may have. This will enable us to ensure that our work is comprehensive and understands all aspects of the operations.

It is our intention that you solve any immediate problems and achieve any long term goals that you aspire to. This makes full frank disclosure essential as only then can we meet your requirements. Obviously all information is treated in the strictest of confidence.

When we have all the information we can make our recommendations to you and suggest improvements. It may be that one supplier cannot meet all your requirements and more specialist help is required. We can discuss any issues with current or new contractors and even arrange a tendering process to ensure openness and ‘fairplay’ for public or government institutions.

We can almost guarantee to increase your scrap metal revenues and only then can we ask for any payment for our services. Most commonly we agree a monthly payment of a percentage of your increase in revenue over a 12 month period. This will ensure that the payment we receive is only a fraction of your benefit and that increase is ongoing so your satisfaction is assured.
